Tribal girl Minnu Mani earns maiden India call-up

Tribal girl Minnu Mani has gone one step closer to realising her dream of playing for the country as she earned her maiden call-up to the Indian women’s cricket team late on Sunday night. The 24-year-old girl from Mananthavady in Wayanad district features in the Indian T20I squad that will tour Bangladesh.
