World Cup: Concerns over fungus-infected Dharamsala outfield

TOI sources said that the HPCA Stadium outfield has been infested by fungus and ICC's head pitch consultant Andy Atkinson raised a red flag immediately. Atkinson was in India and finished inspecting all the venues by the first week of September.
